Mosaic is a critical system that supports the recording of highly detailed and sensitive information aboutservice users and their families for both case management and finance.

It is imperative that Mosaic is well organised and easy to use, meeting legislative requirements and providing accurate data for statutory and local reporting.

As such, it is important that attention is paid to the configuration of the system ensuring it is well maintained, documented and is fit for purpose.

One of Mosaic’s unique selling points, is its commitment to flexible configuration so that each customer can meet local needs and change them as required.  The ethos of Mosaic has therefore been to teach customers how to use the tools and to be self-reliant when changes occur.  Some changes arrive with new legislation, some with changes to contracts with suppliers and some with new functionality provided.
