Servelec HSC strengthens customer engagement team

Servelec HSC announces the appointment of a number of senior, customer-facing specialists who will maintain the company’s focus on helping customers across care settings to work together, work smarter and deliver an improved level of care.

Andy Hall joins the business as Strategic Sales Director having previously held a number of senior sales and operations management positions, including dealing with the NHS as part of the National Programme at both Fujitsu and Computer Science Corporation (CSC). Andy will focus on sales strategy and delivery across the various markets served by Servelec.

Karen Senior, also previously of CSC recently joined the business as Sales and Marketing Director for Servelec’s healthcare products. Karen will focus on the company’s customer base which is predominantly across secondary care settings including mental, community and child health markets with its market leading electronic patient record system, RiO. Karen will also be responsible for increasing engagement with customers across its growing acute customer base as the group continues to gain traction with its Oceano and Flow products.

Nicole Miners joins Servelec HSC as Sales Director for the company’s social care products including Mosaic case management system and its portal application, Finestra. Nicole joins from Capita where she was responsible for overseeing sales and development of the company’s Social Care software product set. With a strong background in social care, Nicole will work alongside the wider team to bring together Servelec HSC’s range of products across the established platform to deliver integration and improved outcomes to customers.

Focusing on the continuous development of Servelec’s range of products, Lee Meredith has been promoted to Product Manager for Servelec’s healthcare product set. The focus of Lee’s role is to align future developments across the product suite with the needs of Servelec’s customers. Vicky Mudd has also been promoted internally to Clinical Engagement Director to ensure the solutions developed align with the changing clinical environment in which Servelec and its customers operate.

The team is also strengthened by additional sales managers, each focussing on various regions across the UK and Ireland. Alan Morford and Jessica Jenkins recently joined Servelec HSC as Territory Sales Managers whilst Deborah Snook and Mark Jubb move from internal roles to Territory Sales management roles.
