We are proud to have been a software partner to the care and education sectors for over 20 years and we refuse to stand still. It has been an exciting journey for Servelec. Steeped in history in the healthcare industry, and with the more recent additions of expert teams and solutions in social care and education management, there has never been a more beneficial time to work together.

The pace of change has been quick; and in this spirit we commissioned a programme of work to gain insight into the needs and views of our clients and stakeholders. This has led to a landmark moment.

The feedback gained has been instrumental in helping us to define what we stand for and how we can best deliver value to our customers, our staff and other stakeholders.

There is exciting change ahead, starting with a brand new visual identity which reflects our approach as a people-first, care-focused, unified organisation.

We have firm commitments in place to ensure we achieve both immediate and longer-term objectives. Our immediate focus will be on creating a consistent brand – one we can all be proud of and confident in its purpose.

Changing from today:

  • Incremental changes to our website, with a brand new website scheduled for launch in December 2018
  • New engaging content on our established LinkedIn and Twitter accounts, celebrating the success of our customers
  • Our new visual identity reflected in our email communications, literature and at our events
  • A new brand promise, reflected in everything we do.
