Servelec HSC has been awarded a contract from COBSEO, the single point of contact to government for over 2000 service-based charities, to implement their Mosaic case management system, which will meet the needs of the charity’s network of 111 user organisations and staff.
Servelec HSC’s Mosaic software is anticipated to be used to process up to 30,000 cases and £16m worth of grants every year. The case management system will enable individuals with a military service background to apply for life-changing grants to buy goods and services. Caseworkers visiting applicants will be able to download information in real-time using Mosaic mobile applications and also to send assistance requests to military charities who respond through the system with their availability to assist.
As part of the solution, multiple armed forces charities will use the case management system including Help for Heroes, the Royal British Legion, SSAFA (the armed forces charity), The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity and the Royal Airforce benevolent fund. COBSEO will also use Servelec HSC’s Corius Business Intelligence system for reporting which will be integrated to work alongside their existing systems.
